It turns out rumors of her clothing line weren’t so shady.
Eminem’s 27-year-old daughter, Hailie Jade Mathers, announced the launch of a new clothing line in conjunction with her “Just a Little Shady” podcast, sharing an Instagram Reel on Friday that gave fans some insight into her new project.
“it’s official!!” she captioned the post, adding, “go to justalittleshadypodcast.”
In the get-ready-with-me clip, Mathers applies makeup as she chats about the line, sharing that she’s “been working on this for like, almost a year at this point.”
The celebrity daughter adds that she “wanted to make sure that whatever we put out was not gonna only be super comfortable and cute but also could be worn as just a regular clothing line,” explaining that she didn’t want the items to “look just like merch.”
Mathers — who admits to being “a raging perfectionist” — wears a pigment-dyed black sweatshirt with tonal embroidery that reads “Just a Little Shady” in the clip, saying that she “went through several rounds of suppliers” to find the best fit for her brand.
The collection includes sweatshirts, caps, T-shirts and sweatpants in neutrals like tan, black, white and cream with the items ranging from $33 to $63.
Last summer, Pvnew Style reported that Mathers had filed a trademark application to sell clothing under her newly launched entertainment brand, Hailie Jade, LLC.
Along with her merch drop, the podcast host and influencer has some other exciting news to celebrate these days.
She recently celebrated her engagement to boyfriend Evan McClintock — who models designs from the clothing drop with Mathers — at a glitzy party, changing into multiple black and white outfits for the April bash.
The couple met while attending Michigan State University and have been together since 2016.
It seems like 2023 is shaping up to be a big year for Hailey Jade.
