Robert De Niro and girlfriend Tiffany Chen spent a date night together at the Cannes Film Festival over the weekend – shortly after announcing she gave birth to his seventh child.
The “Taxi Driver” actor and the martial arts instructor partied it up at the Vanity Fair x Prada party Saturday night at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France.
The lovebirds matched in all-black outfits as they held each other’s hand while entering the lavish party.
Chen wore a long black gown with a black zip-up over it and black sparkly stilettos. She accessorized with a green purse and circular sunglasses, with her hair pulled back into a ponytail.
De Niro, 79, also looked dapper in a classic black tuxedo with a navy tie, black dress shoes and his signature glasses.
The two-time Academy Award winner wore the same outfit when he walked the red carpet alongside Chen for the highly anticipated premiere of his new movie, “Killers of the Flower Moon.”
Chen kept her glam mostly the same but went with a black sleeveless sequin gown and strappy heels.
The new film – directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio – earned a nine-minute standing ovation after the screening on Saturday.
Sources exclusively told Pvnew that the A-Listers continued the party at the historic Château de la Croix des Gardes – a whopping $100 million estate overlooking the sea.
Chen and De Niro’s date night came a little over a month since Chen secretly welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Gia Virginia Chen-De Niro, on April 6.
“They both wanted this baby,” Gayle King said after chatting with De Niro earlier this month. “They’re over the moon. She was brought here in love. He’s very psyched about it.”
The “Cape Fear” actor and his girlfriend have been romantically involved since they were photographed holding hands during a trip to France in 2021.
While little Gia marks Chen’s first child, De Niro has been a dad for more than five decades to six other children. He shares daughter Drena, 51, and son Raphael, 46, with ex-wife Diahnne Abbott, twin sons Aaron and Julian, 27, with Toukie Smith, and son Elliot, 25, and daughter Helen, 11, with ex-wife Grace Hightower.
