Tom Sandoval isn’t quite ready to share a stage with his ex Ariana Madix.
While discussing his upcoming appearance at BravoCon 2023 on Thursday’s “Everybody Loves Tom” episode, the “Vanderpump Rules” star admitted he’s “nervous” to be with her in front of fans.
“If she comes out, it’s like, ‘Yay,’ [or] whatever. Then I come out and people are going to want to show their, like, loyalty to Team Ariana or whatever, and I’m a little nervous about that,” he explained to his “VPR” co-star and friend, Tom Schwartz.
He added, “I have a feeling there could possibly be some people that … feel they need to confront me.”
He, along with Brock Davies, James Kennedy, Lala Kent, Ally Lewber, Katie Maloney, Scheana Shay, Lisa Vanderpump, Madix and Schwartz, are expected to take the stage for a panel discussion this Friday.
On the bright side, Sandoval said he feels like his participation on “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” has him better prepared for whatever he may face in Vegas.
Sandoval, 40, starred in Season 2 of “Special Forces” and broke down in tears in a recent episode while reflecting on his months-long affair with Raquel Leviss, 28, with whom he cheated on Madix, 38.
“I’ve had a hell of a past, like, three months,” he vented. “It just was the perfect storm.”
“Like, my publicist had never seen anything like it. F–king ‘reality star having an affair’ on CNN? It’s so stupid.”
“It was just so exhausting,” he added before being told he looked pathetic.
Meanwhile, Madix is moving onward and upward.
The star released a cocktail book this summer, is currently competing on Season 32 of “Dancing With the Stars” and gave Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos her approval after they spoofed her breakup on “Live” this week.
She also proudly stated last month that her very public breakup made her stronger than she could have ever imagined.
“This situation made me realize that I can do hard things,” she told Us Weekly.
“The worst-case scenario literally did happen, and I was OK. Like, look — you can handle what’s thrown at you.”
