Chrishell Stause talked to Fashionista about her personal style and dished about her wedding dress – a $530 dress she picked right “out of her closet” for the big day when she secretly married her partner, G Flip.
Stause, 41, chose a fitted white gown with sculptured cups from Australian designer Gemeli Power, who she calls “so wonderful” and “the sweetest person.”
“Actually, I was going to an event, and she gave me two versions of the dress, and one was hanging in my closet, because I didn’t end up using it,” the “Selling Sunset” star said.
“I wanted to give it back to her, and she was like, ‘Just keep it.’ I think she was surprised to see that I did end up wearing it,” the reality star realtor continued.
It ended up serving a useful purpose, as Stause tied the knot in the slinky white gown in a private Las Vegas ceremony.
“I think she was really happy about that. It was a fun Vegas dress to get married in. It looks like I planned that out, but I actually had it in my closet,” Stause revealed.
“I felt really confident in it. It’s actually a little iridescent,” the “Days of Our Lives” actress continued.
The former soap star and the Aussie singer, 28, announced their surprise wedding in an Instagram Reel earlier this month, shocking fans after one year of dating.
G Flip – whose real name is Georgia Claire Flipo and uses they/them pronouns — wore a casual black suit and white sneakers for the spur-of-the-moment nupitals.
The “Dancing with the Stars” alum was previously married to “This Is Us” star Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021 and then dated her “Selling Sunset” boss and co-star, Jason Oppenheim, before moving on with G Flip.
Jason fully approved of the wedding, commenting at the time, “I am SO excited for this!! You and G are the most inspiring couple and the affection between you both is so pure.”
Chrishell and G Flip announced their relationship in May 2022 on the “Selling Sunset” Season 5 reunion.
