Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly aren’t ready to make their reunion red-carpet official.
The on-again, off-again couple both attended Sports Illustrated’s 2023 Swimsuit Issue launch at the Hard Rock Hotel New York Thursday night but posed separately for photos.
The “Jennifer’s Body” star opted for an extremely risqué LaQuan Smith ensemble that nearly caused a wardrobe malfunction, while the punk rocker went for a pinstriped look.
Despite walking the carpet separately, the seemingly back-together duo were photographed from behind with their arms wrapped around each other.
Fox, 37, was one of several cover stars for this year’s swimsuit edition.
Despite wearing such a figure-flaunting outfit, the “Transformers” star told the magazine that she has “never” loved her body.
“I have body dysmorphia. I don’t ever see myself the way other people see me,” she told the glossy for her cover story.
“There is never a point in my life where I loved my body, ever ever,” she noted, before adding that she is on a “never-ending” “journey” to love herself.
Fox also shared in a joint interview with Kelly, 33, in 2021, that she has “a lot of deep insecurities.”
“We may look at somebody and think, ‘That person’s so beautiful. Their life must be so easy.’ They most likely don’t feel that way about themselves,” she explained.
The “Emo Girl” performer and Fox took “a break” from their engagement in March after the actress found suspicious text messages and DMs on Kelly’s phone.
He also was subjected to rumors that he had an affair with his guitarist, Sophie Lloyd, but the hearsay was quickly quashed by everyone including Fox.
The longtime couple began daily couple’s counseling sessions to save their relationship, which appears to have worked as they were spotted vacationing in Hawaii in April.
Although it was reported that they were officially back on after the “healing” trip, the couple continued to raise eyebrows as Kelly attended his “Bupkis” premiere alone, and Fox was nowhere in sight for his birthday celebrations.
