Meet Kailyn Lowry’s kids!
The former MTV personality documented her journey to motherhood on Season 2 of “16 and Pregnant” in 2010.
She gave birth to son Isaac during her time on the show, going on to welcome sons Lincoln and Lux while starring on the spinoff “Teen Mom 2.”
Lowry, who stepped away from the franchise in 2022 after 11 years, is also the mother of sons Creed and Rio.
In 2023, the ex-reality star announced that she was expanding her family with twin babies.
Pvnew is breaking down Lowry’s big brood below.
Isaac Elliot Rivera
Lowry was a senior in high school when she and Jo Rivera conceived their first baby, welcoming Isaac in January 2010 at age 17.
The former couple have co-parented since calling it quits the following year, with Lowry even attending her ex’s wedding to Vee Rivera in 2018. She and Vee co-host the “Baby Mama No Drama” podcast.
In a November 2020 episode, Jo admitted that he “didn’t fight hard enough” for custody of Isaac because he was a “young” and “naive” teenager.
The duo now maintain an amicable dynamic, with Lowry saying that same year that they “both ultimately have the same goal for Isaac,” which is for “him to be a happy, successful, stable adult.”
Off-screen, Lowry often documents Isaac’s life on social media, from his dyed hairstyles to his piano skills, calling him a “thoughtful, brilliant, funny … smartass” on his 13th birthday in 2023.
“We have literally grown up together, but in some ways he’s even more grown than I am,” she gushed via Instagram at the time. “[He] accepts people for who they are and never how they’re ‘supposed’ to be. More people should be like him.”
Lincoln Marshall Marroquin
One year after Lowry and Javi Marroquin tied the knot in 2012, the duo welcomed a baby boy named Lincoln.
The exes suffered a miscarriage before divorcing in 2017 and agreeing to share 50/50 custody of the little one.
Lincoln is Lowry’s sportiest son, with the “Coffee Convos” podcast co-host even planning to build him a football training facility in her custom Delaware home in 2022. He also plays basketball.
Lux Russell Lowry
While in an on-again, off-again relationship with Chris Lopez, Lowry gave birth to rainbow baby Lux in August 2017.
“This is the baby I thought I wasn’t sure if I could have,” she told Us Weekly at the time, referencing her previous miscarriages. “Having another child is something I am so happy about.”
Lowry acknowledged that she wasn’t in an “ideal situation” with Lopez — and the former couple have repeatedly butted heads while co-parenting, taking things “one day at a time.”
The duo even struggled to pick Lux’s name, with Lowry telling Ashley’s Reality Roundup that she “finally decided” on her own when they “just couldn’t agree.”
Raising Lux has kept the Pothead Haircare creator “on [her] toes,” she wrote via Instagram in August 2023.
Lowry has clapped back at social media trolls over the years, from the length of his hair to his diaper use at age 2.
Creed Romello Lowry
After Lowry said in a 2019 Us Weekly interview that she and Lopez were “always together even when [they were] not together,” the pair conceived their second child.
Lowry considered terminating the pregnancy in an episode of “Teen Mom 2” but ultimately moved forward with welcoming son Creed in July 2020.
Although she initially gave the infant Lopez’s last name, she changed it to Lowry the following year.
Lowry refers to her fourth child by many nicknames, including “Bigs,” “Biggie” and “Mello.”
Like his older brothers, the little one has an Instagram account controlled by his mom where she shares his milestones.
In February 2023, she showed off the “bittersweet” moment the toddler transitioned to a “big boy bed.”
Rio
Lowry moved on with Elijah Scott after splitting from Lopez but kept their relationship under wraps — even hiding the November 2022 birth of their son, Rio.
Despite subtly confirming the news in a July 2023 podcast episode, she didn’t reveal baby No. 5’s name or sex until three months later.
Lowry, who called the baby a “pleasant surprise” while speaking to People that October, said she wanted to “tell [her] story on [her] own terms” and belatedly gave glimpses of her placenta art and baby shower.
Valley and Verse
That same month, Lowry told her “Barely Famous” podcast listeners that she was pregnant with twins after leaving a Thailand vacation with “permanent souvenirs.”
She clarified, “This is my … sixth pregnancy. Like, six and seven for me.”
Lowry shared the sex of her and Scott’s upcoming arrivals in a November 2023 Instagram video, confirming “they’re boys.”
On Jan. 19, 2024, the MTV alum announced that the twins had been born via C-section.
In February 2024, Lowry revealed that the names of her baby boy and girl were Verse and Valley, respectively.
