It’s Britney, beach.
Britney Spears shared a sultry photo of herself posing in the buff while hanging out at the beach on Instagram Thursday.
In the snap, which had no caption, the “Toxic” singer can be seen standing with her bare backside towards the camera as she covers her chest with her arms.
The hitmaker, who frequently posts scantily-clad pictures online, wore her blond tresses half up and seemed to go make-up free for the casual beachside photoshoot.
While it’s unclear who took the photo, a person’s shadow can be seen in the sand.
In the Grammy winner’s new memoir, “The Woman in Me,” she explained why she frequently poses au naturel after spending 13 years stuck in a conservatorship.
“I know that a lot of people don’t understand why I love taking pictures of myself naked or in new dresses,” the “Gimme More” singer wrote in the best-selling book.
“But I think if they’d been photographed by other people thousands of times, prodded and posed for other people’s approval, they’d understand that I get a lot of joy from posing the way I feel sexy and taking my own picture, doing whatever I want with it.”
Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, managed nearly every aspect of her life from 2008 until 2021, when she finally gained full control of her own social media accounts.
Since then, she has frequently posted eyebrow-raising content, much to her estranged sons’ dismay.

Last year, her 17-year-old son, Jayden James Federline, told the UK’s ITV that he thought his mom was posting risqué photos for “attention.”
“This has gone on for years and years and years, and there’s a high chance that this is never going to really stop,” the teenager said.
His father and Spears’ one-time husband, Kevin Federline, also added that the singer’s social media activity has been hard for the boys — Jayden, 17, and her eldest son, 18-year-old Sean Preston Federline — to deal with as they get older.
“I can’t imagine how it feels to be a teenager, having to go to high school,” the failed rapper told the outlet. “Who knows how many people ask them about it or talk to them about it?”
Despite not seeing her kids for two years, Spears dedicated the book to her boys, whom she called the “loves of [her] life.”
Spears’ memoir has already proved to be a smash success, selling nearly half a million copies just days after its release.
On Tuesday, the singer took a break from her typical social media content to thank her “supportive” fans for their unwavering love and loyalty.
“It’s happening !!! My book is the highest selling celebrity memoir in history and it’s only day 1!!!,” she captioned a since-deleted Instagram post.
“Thank you to the fans who have been so supportive !!! Love you all !!! #TheWomanInMe @gallerybooks @simonandschuster.”
