Gwyneth Paltrow enjoyed a “double celebration” Sunday, simultaneously honoring her daughter Apple’s 19th birthday and Mother’s Day.
In a touching Instagram tribute, the actress thanked her “angel” eldest child for “sharing” the special day and for the “GIFT” of being her mom.
“I love you so deeply and wholly, it defies articulation,” she gushed. “To behold you as a 19 year old woman fills my heart with almost unbearable love, pride and meaning! I can’t take it!
“Thank you for making me brunch, I am making you dinner!!” Paltrow, 50, continued. “I love you so much, forever and ever.”
Apple commented, “I love you so much mama. You are the best mother and woman I know.”
The Goop founder posted recent snaps of the teenager in the social media slideshow, as well as a throwback photo from Apple’s childhood.
Paltrow went on to call her and ex-husband Chris Martin’s daughter her “life” via her Instagram Stories.
“And happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas out there, especially #blythedanner,” she added alongside a sweet snap of her mom smiling at dinner with her grandkids.
Apple recently returned home from college for the summer, with the Oscar winner calling the transition her source of “wellness” and “happiness” via Instagram.
Paltrow is also the mother of son Moses and honored the “exceptional, kind [and] loving” 17-year-old’s birthday last month.
“You keep us all laughing with your perfect impressions and you inspire us with your harmonies,” she wrote in April.
The “Shakespeare in Love” star and Martin, 46, welcomed Apple and Moses in 2004 and 2006, respectively. The duo separated in 2014, finalizing their divorce two years later.
Paltrow is now married to Brad Falchuk, while the Coldplay frontman has been in a relationship with Dakota Johnson since 2017.
