Britney Spears heaps praise on her now-estranged husband, Sam Asghari, in her new memoir.
The pop star refers to the actor as a “gift from God” in “The Woman in Me,” which she finished writing before he filed for divorce in August.
“I have an appreciation for how stable he is. I love that he doesn’t even drink,” she gushes in the book’s final pages.
Elsewhere, Spears recalls being “instantly smitten” with Asghari when they met in October 2016 on the set of her “Slumber Party” music video.
“I knew I wanted him in my life immediately,” she writes. “The chemistry with us in the beginning was insane. We couldn’t keep our hands off each other.”
The “Hold Me Closer” singer, 41, also credits the former personal trainer, 29, with giving her the courage to speak out against her “abusive” 13-year conservatorship, sharing that he “squeezed” her hand as a show of support at the start of her bombshell open court hearing in June 2021.
“I look up to him — his consistency with working out and being a good man and being healthy and taking care of me and helping me learn how we can take care of each other,” she adds.
“He’s such an inspiration and I’m grateful.”

Spears and Asghari married at her California home in June 2022 but separated just 14 months later.
Sources subsequently told Pvnew that the Grammy winner had already turned in her final manuscript for “The Woman in Me” before the breakup, meaning readers would get a happy ending rather than the full story.
However, Spears may have a sequel in the works, as she teased on Instagram earlier this month that “volume 2 [is] coming after 1.”
Her publisher, Gallery Books, has not announced any formal plans for a second tell-all.
