Tom Brady and Irina Shayk naturally and amicably went their separate ways after struggling to balance their relationship with other responsibilities.
“They both keep having obligations, and it was getting more difficult to be in the same city at the same time,” a source told People in an article published Sunday.
The source added that the Russian model, 37, has “nothing but great things to say” about Brady, 46.
“Irina was very attracted to Tom. She liked dating him. It excited her,” the source said. “They had fun traveling to see each other. In the end, it kind of just fizzled.”
Another source added that they are still on good terms after their relationship cooled off.
“There’s no drama” between the retired NFL star and Shayk, the second source told People, adding, “It just fizzled out.”
Pvnew confirmed on Saturday that the former New England Patriots quarterback and the Sports Illustrated cover girl broke up after just three months together.
Brady and Shayk were first romantically linked in May after sources told Pvnew that she was all over the athlete at art heir Joe Nahmad’s wedding to Madison Headrick.
Spies told us that Shayk made “a beeline” for Brady and was “throwing herself at him.”
“She followed him around all weekend,” a spy said, though her manager called the claims “totally fictional.”
Shayk and Brady were subsequently seen spending time together on several occasions. In August, they enjoyed a cozy stay at a chic London hotel together, and a month prior they looked flirty after having a sleepover in Los Angeles.
In September, a source exclusively told Pvnew that Brady was seeing Shayk but that they weren’t serious and he was playing the field.
The insider said that Brady “is not interested in being serious” with anyone right now.
“His priorities are his kids and his business interests. There will be more supermodels in his future,” the source added.
However, Brady’s relationship with Shayk seemingly slowed down in Autumn as the last time they were seen together was in mid-September.
Shayk was nowhere in sight when Brady was spotted yachting in Miami last week. This month he also rolled up solo to Michael Rubin’s star-studded casino night party in Atlantic City, NJ.
The catwalker was previously in a four-year relationship with Bradley Cooper until 2019. The exes co-parent their 6-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine.
Shayk also had a short fling with Kanye West in 2021 amid his divorce from Kim Kardashian.
Meanwhile, Brady became single after he and Gisele Bündchen finalized their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
He and the retired Victoria’s Secret Angel share two kids: Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10. Brady also shares son Jack, 16, with ex-partner Bridget Moynahan.
