Britney Spears is calling out her younger singer, Jamie Lynn Spears, for “capitalizing” off her pain by releasing a memoir following the end of her 13-year conservatorship.

In Britney’s own book, “The Woman in Me,” which hits shelves on Tuesday, the pop star, 41, recounts the pair’s tumultuous relationship and how the “Zoey 101” star, 32, “betrayed” her in a time of need.

Just two months after Britney’s conservatorship ended in November 2021, Jamie Lynn released “Things I Should Have Said,” in which the actress shared several unfavorable stories about the “Toxic” singer.

“As I was fighting the conservatorship and receiving a lot of press attention, she was writing a book capitalizing on it,” Britney recalls, according to Time.

“She rushed out salacious stories about me, many of them hurtful and outrageous.”

The same day Jamie Lynn’s book was released in January 2022, Britney sent her sister a cease-and-desist letter demanding the “Sweet Magnolias” star leave her out of her “ill-timed” press tour.

The Grammy winner also posted several scathing messages on social media about Jamie Lynn, to whom she referred as “scum” on numerous occasions.

The former Nickelodeon child star was quick to fire back in between talking about her older sister during multiple sit-down interviews, including on “Good Morning America” and the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

During one press appearance, Jamie Lynn even claimed that she had gone “out of [her] way” to help Britney end her conservatorship.

Yet the Princess of Pop claims the opposite happened.

In another excerpt from her forthcoming tell-all, Britney claims she texted her sister for help after being placed in a mental health facility in 2018 — only to be met with pushback.

According to Britney, Jamie Lynn responded, “‘Stop fighting it… There’s nothing you can do about it, so stop fighting it.’

“This will sound crazy, but I’ll say it again because it’s the truth: I thought they were going to try to kill me,” Britney writes.

“I didn’t understand how Jamie Lynn and our father had developed such a good relationship. She knew I was reaching out to her for help and that she was dogging me. I felt like she should have taken my side.”

Despite the years-long feud between the two, the writing process proved to be a therapeutic experience for Britney.

The “Lucky” singer revealed last week that releasing the memoir has given her “a beautiful clean slate.”

“This is actually a book I didn’t know needed to be written… although some might be offended, it has given me closure on all things for a better future!!!” she tweeted.

Now that Britney has “moved on” from her past, she is ready to consider mending her broken relationship with Jamie Lynn.

“She will always be my sister, and I love her and her beautiful family,” she writes in “The Woman in Me,” adding, “I’m working to feel more compassion than anger toward her, and everyone who I feel has wronged me. It’s not that easy.”

“The Woman in Me” is already No. 1 on Amazon’s bestsellers list.
