Elon Musk spent time with his 3-year-old son, X AE A-XII, at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Austin, Texas, on Sunday.
The toddler was all smiles at the sporting event in a blue T-shirt, jeans and sneakers while riding on his dad’s shoulders and in a golf cart.
Musk, who shares the little one with ex-girlfriend Grimes, wore an all-black outfit to the Circuit of the Americas track.
“Elon arrived in the paddock more than an hour after the race began,” an eyewitness tells Pvnew.
“He was smiling and laughing with a few friends before putting X on his shoulders and walking to the Mercedes garage.”
Our spy notes that Prince Harry watched the race in the same garage, but it is unclear whether the men sat together.
Musk’s outing with his son comes after the Tesla mogul and Grimes sued each other for parental rights of X as well as his siblings.
The former couple quietly welcomed daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, now 1, in December 2021 via surrogate.
The pair are also the parents of a child named Techno Mechanicus, according to the New York Times’ September review of Walter Isaacson’s “Elon Musk” biography, although details of the baby’s name, sex and arrival date are unknown at this time.
On Sept. 13, the 52-year-old entrepreneur filed a petition in Texas seeking to become the legal parent of their children.
Grimes, 35, did the same on Sept. 29 in California.
Although her court documents were sealed, Insider reported earlier this month that she requested physical custody of the kids as well as a “standard restraining order” to keep her and Musk from moving the little ones out of the Golden State.
Musk’s filing, however, alleged that he has been a full-time Texas resident for at least “six consecutive months,” claiming to have lived in the same home as Grimes from May to July.
In an attempt to dismiss his “inappropriate” lawsuit over a location dispute, Grimes argued in an Oct. 6 filing that she “had and continues to have no continuing, systematic or minimum contacts with Texas.”
Grimes claimed that she moved to California with her youngest two children in December 2022, also alleging Musk is in the state two to three days out of each week.
The former couple have been co-parenting since calling it quits in 2022 after dating on and off for four years.
One month before the duo welcomed Exa, Musk became the father of now-1-year-old twins named Strider and Azure with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.
The SpaceX CEO also shares triplets Saxon, Kai and Damian, 17, and twins Griffin and Vivian, 19, with ex-wife Justine Wilson — but is publicly estranged from the latter.
