Tori Spelling is moving on up in the world.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum, who had been living in an RV and motels with her five children, is now reportedly staying in a lavish rental.
The actress is living in a “fully furnished rental home” in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles for $18,000 a month, the Daily Mail reported Monday.
The single-story, 3,300-square-foot property in the San Fernando Valley boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a guest house with its own bathroom.
According to the listing, the digs are “exquisitely furnished” with plenty of natural light.
Some of the amenities include hardwood floors, large sliding glass doors, flat screen TVs, a gaming room and plush furniture.
The house also has a large pool, a patio, an outdoor entertainment space and a dining area, which accommodates up to six guests.
Spelling, 50, was seen looking at moving trucks and a storage facility in Los Angeles last week, per the outlet.
It’s been a trying year for the “Stori Telling” author, whose estranged husband Dean McDermott announced their split in June after nearly two decades of marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
Since their separation, Spelling and her five kids — Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 6 — have been bouncing between rental homes, budget motels and an RV.
Most recently, the brood were forced to evacuate their rental after a SWAT team arrived to arrest their neighbor who had an AR-15 and a reported hostage.
Meanwhile, McDermott was recently spotted at a welfare center, where he was holding hands with his apparent new girlfriend, Lily Calo.
The former “Chopped Canada” host was pictured at the Department of Social Services in Los Angeles on Oct. 10.
The Daily Mail reported McDermott was in “good spirits and could be heard chuckling, and cracking jokes while waiting.”
