Claire Holt was all smiles at a star-studded Miami party, weeks after her ex-husband revealed he proposed to Alex Cooper.
The “Vampire Diaries” actress – who was briefly married to movie producer Matt Kaplan from 2016 to 2017 – was seen laughing with pals at Sports Illustrated’s Formula 1 Grand Prix kick off party Thursday.
Holt, 34, was joined by husband Andrew Joblon and several friends at the exclusive bash, hosted by seven-time F1 world champion, Lewis Hamilton.
A spy tells Pvnew the “H20: Just Add Water” alum stunned in a blue and white striped pantsuit while partying at the Surf Club restaurant.
“She looked really relaxed just hanging out with a group of friends,” an insider dished.
“They left around 9:30 p.m., before the host, Lewis Hamilton, arrived.”
NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal, “Jury Duty” star James Marsden, Authentic CEO Jamie Salter and Formula 1 driver Lance Stroll were also seen partying at the Authentic Brands Group event celebrating NBA Rookie of the Year, Paolo Banchero.
Last month, Pvnew exclusively revealed that Cooper, 28, was engaged to Kaplan, 39, after almost three years of dating.
The “Call Her Daddy” podcast host, who has been notoriously private about her relationship with the businessman, later revealed that Kaplan actually coordinated with her publicist to set up a fake photo shoot.
“I remember the shoot feeling like it had no direction, and I could tell everyone was stalling,” she said in an interview with W Magazine.
The media mogul, who inked a $60 million deal with Spotify in 2021, admitted that Kaplan’s plan kept her “out of the house, out of [her] sweatpants, and in hair, makeup, and nails.”
“When I came home that night, my entire house was covered in candles, lit all over, music playing, and a scavenger hunt leading to Matt proposing,” she gushed.
Kaplan previously filed for divorce from Holt, one day prior to what would have been their first wedding anniversary.
