Royal fans react to Prince Louis’ ‘iconic’ yawning: ‘Very relatable’

The people’s Prince.

Fans seemed to appreciate Prince Louis, 5, keeping it real and yawning throughout King Charles III’s coronation in Westminster Abbey on Saturday.

“Louis yawning. Iconic. #coronation,” one user tweeted.

“Prince Louis yawning is very relatable #Coronation,” someone else wrote.

“prince louis yawning and being the most uninterested in this coronation is so funny like he seriously gives 0 f–ks,” another fan tweeted.

“Prince Louis yawning a lot is me #Coronation,” a user added.

“I would be yawning too, Prince Louis,” a fan tweeted alongside one of the several photos of the little one getting his yawn on.

“Louis stealing the show with his yawning I love that kid!” another person chimed in.

The little one – who sat between his mom, Kate Middleton, and older sister, Princess Charlotte – couldn’t help but let out several yawns and fidget in his seat during the lengthy ceremony.

Both Charlotte, 8, and Middleton, 41, appeared to check in on the notoriously mischievous youngster at their seats.

At one point, Charlotte made sure to hold her little brother’s hand when they walked behind their parents.

Louis wore a navy Dege and Skinner tunic with matching slacks, while Charlotte twinned with her mom in an Alexander McQueen ivory dress and similar silver headpiece.

A palace insider told Pvnew that they had a nanny at the coronation ready to swoop in and give the little one a break if he acted up or got sleepy.

Louis briefly left the ceremony around 12:20 p.m. GMT, but he reappeared towards the end of the service to sing “God Save the King” as both King Charles and Queen Camilla left officially crowned around 30 minutes later.

The break seemed to chipper him up, as he was also spotted waving to the crowd and looking cute as a button upon leaving in an enclosed carriage.

Fans were probably focusing on Louis more than his other siblings, because he infamously stole the show by making several funny and relatable faces at the Platinum Jubilee last June.

As a result, the royal family was hesitant to have Louis attend the coronation – especially since they had him skip out on Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September.

Louis and his siblings – including Prince George, 9, who swerved as a Page of Honor – were all photographed at the dress rehearsal Wednesday, confirming their presence.
