Meg Ryan looked unrecognizable as she made a rare appearance to support pal Michael J. Fox’s new documentary.
The “Sleepless in Seattle” star — who has not been photographed since November — stepped out on Wednesday for the screening of “Still” at the Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center.
Ryan, 61, smiled as she posed for pics with several friends, including Bill Murray and Elvis Costello.
For the outing, she wore brown plaid pants, a red blouse, and a black trench coat, pairing the look with a pair of black boots.
