Melissa Gorga shut down rumors that she will not be returning to “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” next season amid her feud with Teresa Giudice.
“I’ve been reading a lot of things saying that I wanna leave the show or I’m no longer going to be on the show. I just want everyone to know, I’m not leaving the show,” Gorga clarified on her “On Display” podcast Thursday.
The Bravolebrity emphasized that she has “no intentions on leaving” the reality series, which she joined in 2011.
“I never run away when the going gets tough; that’s not my personality,” she added, referring to drama with her sister-in-law, Giudice, reaching an all-time low over the past year.
“Our family has been through ups and downs for so many years on this show, and I have never left before, and I have no intentions on leaving now,” she concluded.
Gorga, 44, also teased that the recently filmed “RHONJ” Season 13 reunion was “rough.”
She and her husband, Joe Gorga, came face-to-face with Giudice, 50, and her husband, Luis Ruelas, at the taping for the first time since the Gorgas skipped out on Giudice’s wedding in August 2022.
Host Andy Cohen recently insinuated that the reunion only made the relationship between the two couples worse.
“The level of — I won’t even say vitriol — I will say hate Teresa and Melissa [have], it’s, I mean, the gloves are off. I’ve never seen anything like it, and the way the two of them were going back and forth,” Cohen, 54, said on SiriusXM’s “Andy Cohen Live” last week.
The “Watch What Happens Live” host admitted that at one point, he got so “annoyed” with the sisters-in-law’s back-and-forth that he almost walked off the stage.
“There was a moment where I turned to Teresa — I apologized to her later — I didn’t yell at her, but I think I lost my s–t with her in a way that I haven’t maybe ever,” Cohen continued.
Prior to the reunion taping, Giudice also stressed that she would “never” leave the show, on which she is the only remaining original cast member.
“I would never step away. I started the show,” she told People in December 2022. “I’m never going to give that to anyone, because I’m the one that started the show.”
Bravo has not announced any casting decisions for the upcoming 14th season.
“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
