Jamie Foxx is “getting better” three weeks into his hospitalization, according to pal Kevin Hart.
The comedian told “Impaulsive” podcast listeners Wednesday that there has been “a lot of progression” in the “Beat Shazam” host’s health.
Hart, 43, noted that he does not have “exact details” on 55-year-old Foxx’s condition since his medical emergency.
“They’re being tight … about where he is because Jamie’s always been a private person to a certain degree,” the “Central Intelligence” star explained.

“Everybody’s prayers, everybody’s love, energy — all that stuff is seen and felt,” Hart continued.
“In this case, man, you just want the guy to get out of the situations and then get back home.”
Later that same day, Foxx broke his silence via Instagram.
“Appreciate all the love!!!” he wrote with praying, heart and fox emojis. “Feeling blessed.”
The social media upload marked the first update from the Foxx family since Jamie’s daughter Corinne Foxx told her followers that he “experienced a medical complication” on April 11.
The 29-year-old added at the time that the Oscar-winning actor was “already on his way to recovery … due to quick action and great care.”
Corinne also took to Instagram Wednesday, praising Nick Cannon and Kelly Osbourne for filling in for her and Jamie on Fox’s musical game show “Beat Shazam.”
“Thank you so much!” she gushed. “We are so pumped for season six!”
Jamie reposted the Story to his own account, writing, “Appreciate ya my boy @nickcannon. See u all soon.”
Cannon, 42, hinted at his takeover in an “Entertainment Tonight” interview last month.
“I’m actually about to do something special for him and doing him a favor,” the “Masked Singer” host told the outlet, going on to say that Jamie was “doing so much better.”
Martin Lawrence also gave an update on the “Ray” star’s health, telling “Extra” that Jamie was feeling “better.”
Since Jamie’s hospitalization, his and Cameron Diaz’s upcoming movie, “Back in Action,” has continued to film without him.
