Before conscious uncoupling, there was conscious coupling.
Gwyneth Paltrow has dated a slew of A-listers, from actors like Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck to musicians like Chris Martin.
The mother of two, who has been married twice, recently made headlines are revealing some NSFW details about Affleck’s and Pitt’s bedroom skills.
“Ben was, like, technically excellent,” the Goop founder said of the “Gone Girl” star.
Meanwhile, Brad was a “major chemistry, love of your life, kind [of hookup],” she revealed.

Robert Sean Leonard
Paltrow dated “Dead Poets Society” actor Robert Sean Leonard for a short time in the early ’90s.
A few years later, Leonard told The Post that their uncoupling was “the funniest breakup I ever had.”
“We were in her apartment, figured we shouldn’t see each other anymore and within five minutes she was saying, ‘You know who you’d like? I have this friend,'” he told us in 1998.
“Gwyneth’s a bit of a yenta, but she’s a great, great friend.”
Donovan Leitch
The actress went on to date actor Donovan Leitch until 1995.
The former couple reunited 20 years later at a Los Angeles Dodgers game in September 2013, where they were spotted kissing on the lips.
The following year, the actor told the Daily Mail that the peck was just platonic.
“I was just saying goodbye to her. It was purely innocent. We were sitting in the owner’s box in front of 30,000 people with her two children right next to us. That isn’t exactly the setting for a secret liaison,” he explained, noting they had “always been close” despite their romance ending “eons ago.”
Brad Pitt
Paltrow moved on with another actor after Leitch: Brad Pitt.
The “Shakespeare in Love” star met the Hollywood heavyweight on the set of their 1995 film, “Se7en,” and got engaged in 1996.
However, they called it quits by 1997.
“I think I was a kid and I wasn’t ready. He was too good for me,” Paltrow said during a January 2015 interview on “The Howard Stern Show.” “I honestly do think I was too young and didn’t know what I was doing.”
It seems there’s no bad blood between the pair, as they reunited in June 2022 when Paltrow interviewed the “Fight Club” actor for her website, Goop.
Pitt told his ex-fiancée that he loved having her “as a friend now.”
“I do love you,” he said, to which Paltrow responded, “I love you so much.”
In her 2023 “Call Her Daddy” interview, Paltrow detailed her romance with Pitt saying their sex “was like the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, kind [of hookup].”
Ben Affleck
After ending her engagement to Pitt, Paltrow moved on with Affleck.
She had an on-again, off-again relationship with the “Air” star from 1997 to 2000.
During her 2015 appearance on Howard Stern, Paltrow reflected on her romance with Affleck.
“[Ben] was not in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend,” she said at the time.
The pair have both moved on in the decades since and Paltrow even congratulated the actor on finding love with Jennifer Lopez.
“LOVE!!! SO ROMANTIC!!! VERY HAPPY FOR THEM,” she said on her Instagram Story in July 2022 after the couple tied the knot.
During the same 2023 “Call Her Daddy” interview, she admitted Affleck was “technically excellent” in bed.
Chris Martin
Paltrow tied the knot for the first time in 2003 after dating singer Chris Martin for less than one year.
Distraught from the death of her father, the actress reluctantly agreed to go to a Coldplay concert with friends — where she met and immediately hit it off with the rocker.
The pair welcomed daughter Apple in 2004 and son Moses in 2006. Paltrow has called her children the true “loves of [her] life.”
The family of four split their time between London, New York and Los Angeles, often keeping their private life out of the public eye.
However, in 2014 the pair famously announced that they were “consciously uncoupling” after being separated for over one year.
“We, like, broke the f—king internet,” Paltrow joked the following year during a live Q&A. “It’s such a hard time personally and then you have this added layer of all this criticism.”
Their divorce was finalized two years later in 2016.
However, the exes have maintained a close friendship, with Paltrow often gushing about what a “wonderful” man her ex-husband is.
Martin has been dating Dakota Johnson since 2017.
Brad Falchuk
Paltrow has seemingly found her happily ever after with “Glee” producer Brad Falchuk.
The pair met on the set of the hit Fox series around the same time she and Martin called it quits.
Fast forward four years and the couple exchanged vows at Paltrow’s East Hampton, N.Y., estate.
Falchuk, who shares daughter Isabella and son Brody with ex-wife Suzanne Bukinik, and Paltrow waited nearly a year to move their blended family into one home after the nuptials.
“We each have two teenage children whom we love very much,” she said on“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in 2019. “We were just trying to be mindful and give them a little space and not move too quickly.”
Similarly to her previous marriage, Paltrow has kept most of her relationship with Falchuk very private.
