City Parks Foundation has announced the 2024 season of Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage,New York City’s iconic outdoor performing arts festival, bringing85free and benefit shows to Central Park and13neighborhood parks across the five boroughs.
Andra Day, Ethel Cain, Ghostface Killa and Kim Gordon are just four of the artists slated to perform.
Returning for its 38th year, the festival will showcase established and emerging artists from across the globe in a wide variety of genres. The full lineup appears below.
Neighborhood parks hosting SummerStage this season include Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem, Tompkins Square Park in the East Village, Herbert Von King Park in Bed-Stuy and The Coney Island Amphitheater on the boardwalk in Brooklyn, Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in Queens, Crotona Park in the Bronx, Stapleton Waterfront Park in Staten Island, and SummerStage’s flagship venue at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park. Performances will be free and open to the public, with the exception ofsome ticketed benefit concerts in Central Park. More information is available atwww.SummerStage.org.
