Jeannie Kedas has been named senior VP of publicity and communications at ABC News.
Kedas rounds out a leadership team including Kim Godwin, president of ABC News and Naomi Bulochnikov-Paul, executive vice president of publicity and head of communications at Disney Entertainment Television. Kedas will report to Bulochnikov-Paul.
Kedas previously served as chief communications officer and executive vice president at First Look Media, where she spent seven years.
In her new role as senior vice president of publicity and communications, Kedas will be in charge of all external and internal communications and media relations endeavors for ABC News. She will help to promote viewership for ABC titles including “20/20,” “Good Morning America,” “GMA3,” “Nightline,” “The Tamron Hall Show,” “This Week with George Stephanopoulos,” “The View,” “World News Tonight with David Muir,” ABC News Live, ABC News Radio, ABC News Studios, ABCNews, and satellite service NewsOne.
