Apparently, totaling a super-expensive luxury car can get you noticed in Hollywood.

Cody Detwiler, the YouTube creator behind automotive DIY, stunts and vlog channel WhistlinDiesel, has signed with CAA. Detwiler, alongside partner Matt McGuire, will next focus on expanding Nashville, Tenn.-based WhistlinDiesel into new genres, premium content, consumer products and other areas, according to CAA.

In August, Detwiler posted one of WhistlinDiesel’s most-viewed videos — in which his Ferrari sports car caught fire as he was racing around a cornfield in Waco, Texas, and was completely destroyed.

“I regret to inform everyone that my $400,000 Ferrari F8 and rental minivan with only 5,000 miles on it has recently burned down to a pile of ash,” Detwiler wrote in the caption to the video, which has more than 10 million views. “This was a complete accident and I originally intended on filming so many more things with the car, but this was a great lesson to do even more crazy things before your car catches on fire. Tis But A Scratch! We will be back Ferrari…”

Detwiler first started posting on the YouTube channel in early 2015, and WhistlinDiesel now counts more than 6.5 subscribers and over 778 million video views to date. Detwiler’s videos often garner several million views within 72 hours of posting. All told, he has more than 13 million followers across social platforms, including 3.6 million on Instagram (where his bio reads “CEO of Destruction”).

In his content, Detwiler’s “technical skills and mechanical knowledge are on full display as he completes unbelievable projects,” per CAA, such as augmenting trucks to drive on water or affixing 1920s bicycle wheels to a Tesla.

WhistlinDiesel also recently launched an apparel brand, MonsterMax; each product contains a Berify smart tag “unlocking exclusive content and authenticates your goods,” according to the site.
