Lindsay Lohan looked so fetch while making a surprise appearance at the “Mean Girls” premiere in New York City on Monday night.

The original “Mean Girls” star celebrated the premiere of the musical movie with writer-producer Tina Fey, who reprises her role as Ms. Norbury from the 2004 comedy classic, and Angourie Rice, who takes on the lead role of Cady Heron.

Lohan and Fey were joined by original cast members Daniel Franzese, who starred as Damian, and Rajiv Surendra, who played rapping mathlete Kevin Gnapoor.

Will any of them make a cameo in the film? “I couldn’t possibly say, but we do have some fun cameos,” Fey told PvNew on the pink carpet. “Ashley Park is in the movie, Tim [Meadows] is in the movie — we have some fun influencer friends. But you’ll just have to come see it this Friday.”

Additional “Mean Girls” stars and creative team members in attendance included Reneé Rapp, Christopher Briney, Auli’i Cravalho, Jaquel Spivey, Avantika Vandanapu, Bebe Wood, Busy Philipps, Jon Hamm, “Not My Fault” rapper Megan Thee Stallion, director of photography Bill Kirstein, choreographer Kyle Hanagami and directors Arturo Perez Jr. and Samantha Jayne.

Jayne recalled the initial conversations she and Perez Jr. had with Rapp, who played Regina George on Broadway, about translating the iconic queen bee from stage to screen.

“We talked about how this is really a personalization of the role. On Broadway, it’s so different from the camera being right here,” Jayne said while waving her hand in front of her face. “So just making it intimate and making it hers, and I cannot wait for people to see what she did.”

The original “Mean Girls” is one of the most quotable films ever made, with fans still referencing one-liners like “You go, Glen Coco!” and “On Wednesdays, we wear pink” 20 years later.

Wood, who plays Gretchen Wieners, said “You can’t sit with us!” was the most intimidating line she had to deliver in the musical film.

“I thought it would be ‘That’s so fetch,’ but strangely, I think it turned into ‘You can’t sit with us!'” Wood recalled. “I didn’t even recognize how big that moment was until I was reading the script, and then we were performing it and I was like, wow, I really have to cause a scene right now in front of all these people… But it was so fun. I don’t know what it was, but I definitely needed to let that out that day. I needed to yell.”

For Spivey, who portrays Damian, it was “obviously, ‘She doesn’t even go here!'”

“Everybody and they mama quotes that damn thing. I was like, I’ve got to do it justice, I’ve got to make it my own, and I hope I did that,” he explained. “They let me play and get as many takes as I could to make sure we got the right one.”

“Mean Girls” hits theaters Friday.
