Katherine Waterston is the latest addition to the cast of the upcoming Paramount+ with Showtime series “The Agency,” PvNew has /confirm/ied.
Waterston will appear as a series regular alongside previously announced cast members Michael Fassbender, Richard Gere, Jeffrey Wright, and Jodie Turner-Smith. Production is currently underway in London.
The show is based on the French series “Le Bureau des Legendes.” Per the official description, the series “follows Martian (Fassbender), a covert CIA agent, ordered to abandon his undercover life and return to London Station. When the love he left behind reappears, romance reignites. His career, his real identity and his mission are pitted against his heart; hurling them both into a deadly game of international intrigue and espionage.”

Waterston will play Naomi, described as “the Operations Officer and ex-handler of Martian.”
Waterston is known for her roles in films like “Inherent Vice,” “Alien Covenant,” “Babylon,” and the “Fantastic Beasts” franchise. She recently starred in the feature “The End We Start From” and wrapped shooting on “Park Avenue.” In television, she has been in shows like “The Third Day” and “Perry Mason” as well as a recent arc on the Emmy-nominated series “Slow Horses.”
She is repped by UTA, Strand Entertainment, and Lark Management.
