Bill Moseley, who has had memorable turns in cult horror classics like “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2,” “Repo! The Genetic Opera” and Rob Zombie’s Firefly trilogy, is set for a key role in the upcoming slasher “Stream.”

The news comes after eagle-eyed fans noticed Moseley in a split-second of the film’s trailer and speculated that he might make an appearance. Michael Leavy, the writer, director and producer of the film, confirmed the news to PvNew.

Horror legends Jeffrey Combs, Danielle Harris and Tony Todd also star in the movie. The film also includes many members of the “Terrifier” team, including David Howard Thornton, who plays Art the Clown in the films, and series director Damien Leone, who handles the practical gore FX in “Stream.”

Per the official logline, “Stream” promises a seriously bloody time at the movies: “As the Keenans try to bring their family closer together, they unwittingly enter themselves into a game of life or death. With four deranged killers patrolling the halls of their hotel and competing for the most creative kills, the odds are definitely stacked against them.”
