UTA has signed actor Avantika for representation in all areas.
She starred as Karen in the 2024 Paramount feature “Mean Girls,” produced by Tina Fey and Lorne Michaels. The musical film was the No. 1 movie at the U.S. box office for three consecutive weeks following its January release. The role was originated by Amanda Seyfried in the 2004 film, and played by Kate Rockwell in the original Broadway run.
Avantika was most recently seen in the lead role of Paige in Sony/Screen Gems’ feature “Tarot,” alongside Jacob Batalon and Harriet Slater. The film from Spenser Cohenand Anna Halbergfollows a group of college friends who begin to mysteriously die after using a cursed deck of tarot cards.
