Everyone’s favorite marmalade-loving British bear, Paddington, is back in the first trailer for “Paddington in Peru.”
The third installment in the series —which lands some seven years after “Paddington 2” — is set to release on Jan. 17, 2025, in the U.S. by Sony under its Columbia Pictures label, about two months after it releases in the United Kingdom on Nov. 8, 2024, with StudioCanal. The logline reads, “Paddington returns to Peru to visit his beloved Aunt Lucy, who now resides at the Home for Retired Bears. With the Brown Family in tow, a thrilling adventure ensues when a mystery plunges them into an unexpected journey through the Amazon rainforest and up to the mountain peaks of Peru.”
