Beavis and Butt-Head made an unexpected red carpet debut at the Los Angeles premiere of “The Fall Guy.”

On Tuesday night, Ryan Gosling and Mikey Day appeared on the carpet together dressed as live-action versions of Beavis and Butt-Head, respectively, from the infamous “Saturday Night Live” sketch.

After initially posing for photos in a mint-green monochromatic suit, Gosling disappeared while his “Fall Guy” co-star Emily Blunt, along with the rest of the cast and crew, did interviews. When he returned to the carpet, Gosling — wearing a prosthetic nose, blonde wig and Beavis’ signature Death Rock T-shirt — had a peculiar plus one by his side: Butt-Head (Day).

The duo spoofed the animated characters in the April 13 episode of “SNL,” where Heidi Gardner completely broke character when she turned to see Day as Butt-Head — and later Gosling as Beavis — behind her. Kenan Thompson, who was also involved in the viral “Beavis and Butt-Head” skit, admitted to PvNew that he “cracked so hard at dress rehearsal.”

“I haven’t had a break like that in a while where I was in tears and I couldn’t talk,” Thompson said. “It was that funny to me and what I was about to say next was funny to me. And I was frozen. I was literally quivering and then I started to panic. Because I was like, I can’t talk without cry-talking. I don’t want to waste the line! It could throw off everything. It was like, three seconds of just chaos.”

“The Fall Guy” follows Gosling as Colt Seavers, a stuntman on the hunt for a missing movie star he once doubled for. Directed by David Leitch, the action-comedy also stars Blunt, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Stephanie Hsu, Winston Duke, Teresa Palmar and Hannah Waddingham.

In one scene of “The Fall Guy,” Colt cries in his car while listening to Taylor Swift’s song “All Too Well,” which Gosling said has a “soft spot in my heart.”

“I think I cried too much,” Gosling admitted. “Emily Blunt was like, that’s too much.”

Is Gosling a Swiftie himself? “Of course,” he told PvNew’s Marc Malkin at “The Fall Guy” premiere. “Have I not proven it?”

“The Fall Guy” hits theaters Friday.
