Usher, Janet Jackson and Backstreet Boys are just a few of the acts slated to perform at this year’s Lovers & Friends festival.
The event, which will return to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds on May 4, will also feature a substantial slate of artists on the bill, including Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani, Nas, Alicia Keys, Nelly Furtado, Ludacris, Mary J. Blige, Ciara, TLC, Timbaland and more. Usher will celebrate the 20th anniversary of his Confessions album by performing it in its entirety, while Lil Wayne is scheduled to give a full set of his 2008 album Tha Carter III.
In addition to the artists above, the 2024 event will feature performances from M.I.A., T-Pain, Eve, Ja Rule and Ashanti, Akon, Ne-Yo, Nelly, Brandy, Monica, Eve, Kelly Rowland, Robin Thicke, 98 Degrees, Jeezy, Method Man and Redman, Tyrese, Craig David, Sean Paul, Keyshia Cole, Kelis, Mya, JoJo, Cam’Ron, Twista and many more.
Lovers & Friends began as a festival in 2022 after Covid delayed its launch years prior, with a lineup that read like a who’s who of any millennial’s Napster downloads featuring headliners Lauryn Hill, Usher, Ludacris and Lil Jon. In its first year, the two-day event got shut down early after attendees heard gunshots and fled for the exits. But last year, it returned without a hitch, with performances from Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey and 50 Cent.
Presale for this year’s event goes live on January 26 at 10 a.m. PT, and fans can acquire a code to access tickets early on the festival’s site. General sale will follow if any tickets from the presale remain.
