United Talent Agency has partnered with longtime TV executive Nick Emmerson, investing in his newly launched unscripted studio, Headers and Volleys Entertainment, PvNew has learned exclusively. UTA continues to rep Emmerson in the US.
based in Brighton and London, UK, HAVE will focus on creating and producing unscripted content for the UK, the international SVODs and the US market, with several projects currently in development.

Prior to the launch, Emmerson worked for over two decades creating and show running multiple TV shows in the UK and the US including “Jailbreak,” “Selling Houses,” “Supernanny,” “Real Housewives of New York City,” “Marriage Ref,” “Basketball Wives,” “Styled to Rock” and “Charlotte Church’s Dream Build.”
The executive was previously president of Shed Media US until he vacated his post in 2013 to lead UK-based production company, Ricochet, as CEO. He also served as managing director of Warner Bros. TV Production UK and CEO of Koska.
Development Executive Chloe Seddon joins Emmerson at HAVE, having worked previously at Twofour and Wonderhood Studios. More senior hires will be announced before the end of the year.
