Helen Hayden

Helen Hayden is a classically trained film & television actress, writer, and filmmaker.Born in Hong Kong and raised in White Rock, British Columbia, Canada, Hayden began acting as a child with the Surrey Young People's Theatre Company. Upon graduating high school she attended Vancouver Film School and received a certificate in Acting. Hayden was then invited to attend Stella Adler Studio and Circle In The Square Theatre School in New York City, and ultimately accepted Circle's invitation, going on to complete their two-year professional Broadway workshop and join the ranks of celebrated alumni (Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Viola Davis, Kevin Bacon, and Benecio Del Toro).In 2015, Hayden returned to her native Canada to enter a robust local film and television industry, and has been working in some of Hollywood's most coveted projects ever since.
