Lydia Indjova

Lydia Indjova is an award-winning Bulgarian actress with Russian roots, based in Luxembourg. In 2022, she landed a leading role, a mother seeking revenge for her deceased daughter, in the debut feature film of the Oscar-nominated director Cyrus Neshvad, celebrated for his short film The Red Suitcase (2022). Prior to this, she gained local popularity in Bulgaria for her role as Darina, a smart but shy archaeologist turned brilliant drug dealer, in the romantic-comedy Sunny Beach (2021).Having graduated in 2008 from the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia, Lydia Indjova has since contributed to over 40 film and TV projects and participated in 20 theatrical productions.
