Joanne Chew

Joanne Chew is a San Francisco native who is also an abstract painter, avid runner, and kick-boxing enthusiast. Acting credits include Shameless (2011), Street Kings (2008), and Evil Doctor (2018). Joanne was thrilled to receive her first Best Actress in a Dramedy nomination for her role as Maggie in Three Chen Sisters (2017) at Asia Web Awards 2019 (2019). Joanne has since stepped up to become one of the producers of Three Chen Sisters as the series moves forward. She has exhibited her art work at nine different exhibitions across Los Angeles. Even in the most difficult of times, she believes the key to getting through it is to focus on being of service, and finding the joy and humor in the everyday bits of life.
