She also missed a few of her exams in her grade twelve year because she was filming Degrassi, so she had to write them on location. Was very into drama in school.Before making her television appearances, she was a member of the Oshawa Little Theatre, where she performed in Alice in Wonderland, Tom Sawyer, and The Wizard of Oz. Samantha's previous film credits include Falcon Beach, Would Be Kings, Mayday and Zoe Busiek: Wildcard. Munro enjoys horseback riding, swimming, and soccer. She is also a gymnast in floor, vault, and trampoline.
