She graduated from University of Texas and has a clinical degree and Doctor of Education in Human Sexuality from The Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco. She is also a producer, actor, writer, published author and was a syndicated radio host for 15 years. Her first book "A Little Bit Kinky" was published by Random House / Broadway Books and her second book "Vitamin O" is published by SkyHorse Publishing.
