In a professional career that started as Kurt in The Sound of Music at Chicago's Marriott Lincolnshire Theater at age ten, Mr. Earley has gone on to appear on stages and in concert venues across the country including The Hollywood Bowl (MUSIC MAN, CAMELOT, MY FAIR LADY as Freddie), Carnegie Hall and The Pasadina Pops with Michael Feinstein, New York's Town Hall, Disney Hall and The Arboretum with the California Philharmonic, New York's Birdland, Feinstein's, NY City Ballet, Santa Barbara Symphony, and DC's Kennedy Center (honoring the great Marvin Hamlisch) to name a few.His Broadway credits include THROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (Trevor Graydon), A TALE OF TWO CITIES (Ernest Defarge), and the Broadway and National Touring companies of LES MISERABLES (Enjolras). Off Broadway, in what started as a "stand-by gig", Kevin wound up performing on Opening Night, taking over the role, recording the original cast album and receiving a New York Drama Desk Nomination for the title role of Death, in Maury Yeston's DEATH TAKES A HOLIDAY for Roundabout Theatre Company.Regionally, Kevin received Chicago's Joseph Jefferson Award for ASSASSINS (Balladeer), and a Jeff Award Nomination for PIRATES OF PENZANCE (Pirate King). In Los Angeles, he garnered the L.A. Drama Critic's Circle Award for Rutledge in 1776, Three Robby Awards for 1776, MOST HAPPY FELLA (Herman) and TITANIC (Barrett/Stoker), and four Ovation Nominations for the West Coast premieres of CAN-CAN, SLEEPING BEAUTY WAKES, IT CAME FROM BEYOND and SIDESHOW.Some of His recent performance include THE GLASS MENAGERIE at Alabama Shakespeare Festival, THE SECRET GARDEN at the Cincinnati Playhouse and Baltimore Center Stage and four brand new musicals: SECOND HAND LIONS at 5th Avenue in Seattle, EMPIRE at La Mirada Theatre, JOSEPHINE at Asolo Theatre, and CHASING RAINBOWS at Goodspeed Musicals.You can hear Mr. Earley on the original cast recordings of Broadway's A TALE OF TWO CITIES, TEN COMMANDMENTS and DEATH TAKES A HOLIDAY. Since then he has directed THE GLASS MENAGERIE (Fulton Theater) and THE FANTASTICS (Webster Conservatory).Kevin earned his BFA at Webster Conservatory in St. Louis, where he encountered his lovely and talented wife Julie Ann Emery.
