MJ Shaw

MJ (Melissa-Jane) is a Choreographer who brings experience in dance, theatre, acting, directing, producing to make movement magic for the screen. MJ worked as an Actor in film, TV, radio and theatre for 30 years. She stepped away from acting in 2019, but continues to work as a Choreographer, collaborating with artists to bring visions of movement and dance to life.MJ founded theatre company Seventh Stage Productions in 2006 and corporate entertainment company LaRouge Entertianment in 2008. In 2019 she opened Soul Fuel in Bloor West Toronto, which provides 100s weekly of dance, yoga and fitness classes online, in-studio and worldwide on retreats.
