Noelle Ramsay was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Throughout her youth she was exposed to different forms of the arts, ultimately favoring the performing arts. She moved to New York City at 18 to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) where she studied stage and screen acting in their Studio Program.Noelle's early credits consist of short films made by her and her peers in high school. These films were produced for competitions, or just for fun. Because of her portrayal as Lyra Bishop in one of those films (Ilea), she has received two Student Production Awards, referred to as "Pre-Emmy" or "Student Emmy" awards, from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences - Suncoast Chapter.She is a curious artist, always questioning the world around her, and wants to engage in stories that may lead her towards finding those answers.

Tivia: Won Best Actress at the Premiere Film Festival for two consecutive years (2019 and 2020).Top Honors Recipient for the Florida Thespians South East Regionals competition.She enjoys the fine arts and visual arts.She has a twin brother and believes they look nothing alike despite anyone saying the opposite.Was on her high school drill team.She originally wanted to pursue a career as a professional dancer. She trained multiple times a week throughout her youth. Noelle took part in dance competitions alongside her team. Once competing as a hip hop solo act, she took home the Adjudicator Acknowledgement Award at the In10sity Dance competition in 2016.Talent Performer nominee for the 2021 National Student Production Awards by The Foundation of The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) after her NATAS - Suncoast Regional win for Ilea.Noelle found some crystals she had around her room and decided to make them into necklaces. After posting five online, many people showed interest in them and purchased them quickly. She saw this as not only a stress reliever, but also as an opportunity so help pay her way through college. She still makes jewelry to this day.At age 13 she auditioned for So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation and received a callback in New York City for the producer round of auditions.Noelle's introduction to the film industry came when she was selected alongside other dancers in South Florida to take part in various concept dance videos. This gave her the opportunity to perform in a music video presented by DreamWorks Animation's Trolls.Although most of her training involved performing, or being in front of the camera, she has a great appreciation for everything that goes on behind the scenes. She spent all four years of high school involved in film and television production where she held the title of Vice President for the Film, TV, and Animation Club. There she learned about everything behind the camera. Even after moving to New York to pursue acting, she still finds her way on sets to work as a production assistant, assistant camera, and/or grip.While in high school, Noelle made a short film with a few of her peers from her TV production club. The film was titled ILEA. This 10-minute short went on to be the first film that Noelle received recognition from adjudicators around the country for her acting. The short starred her, and the other characters were played by members of her family: her father, older brother, and sister-in-law.
