 Jeremy McGowan currently works with a civilian defense contractor as a security clearance holding program manager for a $12b contract through the DoD's ITES-3S program. He provides overall management and guidance to a multi-disciplinary team responding to US Government Requests for Proposals on everything from new and innovative weapon systems, IT services, cyber security, artificial intelligence, classified communications networks, training, and operational support. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and served two and a half years in the Middle East and nearly two years in South America, being attached to the Joint Special Operations Command as well as the DEA and other agencies. In 1995, he witnessed an event while deployed to Jordan that thrust him into the world of UFOs and UAP. He guarded what is thought to have been a recovered nuclear device when he saw a UAP exhibiting extreme flight characteristics that appeared non-conformant with the current known laws of flight and physics. He has appeared on the History Channel's "Unidentified: Inside America's UFO Investigation," the feature film "A Tear in the Sky," the Discovery+ production, "Alien Endgame," the Tubi special, "Aliens, Abductions & UFOs: Roswell at 75", and on an episode of History's "Secret of Skinwalker Ranch." He is now one of the leading voices in the UFO/UAP community. He first joined UAPx as a field investigator and researcher after building the Off-road Scientific Investigation & Response Informatics System (O.S.I.R.I.S.), a fully mobile, off-road capable vehicle designed to track and measure data on the UAP phenomena.
