Whoopie Van Raam was born in Amsterdam and grew up in The Netherlands and Spain. After graduating as a classical pianist from the Conservatoire in The Netherlands she went on to train as an actor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. Interested in Martial Arts she then followed an intense Muay Thai training programme in Thailand.She most recently played opposite Jason Statham in The Meg 2 The Trench directed by Ben Wheatley for Warner Bros, which is due for theatrical release in August 2023.
