 Matt Dionne is an award-winning screenwriter, producer, director, and editor based in Toronto, Canada.The script for his short film, Athletic Withdrawal, won Best Concept at the 2023 Paperscreenplay festival, and his pilot script Redwood State was a quarterfinalist in the 2020 Screencraft Screenwriting Fellowship competition.He is a graduate of York University's Screenwriting program, and the Toronto Film School's Film Production program.He's also co-founder of the Toronto-based production company, Pilgrimage Productions.
