After graduating from the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts in 2016, Kyla Dyan (born Kyla Diane Kennedy), moved to Los Angeles to study comedy/improvisation at The Groundlings and the Meisner Technique under Don Bloomfield at DBA Studios. Between 2020-2022, she worked in front of the camera on a multitude of MFA thesis projects for some of the nation's top film schools including AFI, UCLA and LMU before establishing her production company Betcha Can! Films with with partner Ben Moody.
