Deborah Estelle Philips is an American Actress and Southern California native. Multicultural in background, Deborah is of Jamaican and Trinidadian descent. At a young age, she enjoyed exploring her artistic expression, but did not pursue a career in Hollywood until her early twenties. After a few years of auditioning, she eventually began building momentum, making appearances on hit television shows such as 7th Heaven and Days of our Lives but was best known for her role as Katie Walker on Power Rangers Time Force.Since then, Deborah has developed a passion for theater and began performing on-stage at The Rock Church World Outreach Center in San Bernardino with the creative ministry which led to writing, casting and directing.
