Introduction
Born in the Czech Republic, raised in Bratislava, Slovakia. In 1989, after the communist wall had fallen, Dagmar successfully entered The University of Dramatic Art and Music in Bratislava, Slovakia, studying acting, Jose Limon's dancing technique and singing lessons. Dagmar graduated in 1996 with a Master Degree in Dramatic Art and Theatre Science. Throughout the 1990s Dagmar played live theater in a range of styles from Shakespearean, Russian drama and comedy to musicals and modern American drama. She joined the Bratislava National Theater Company production of ''A Little Night Music'' where she payed Charlotte. From there, Dagmar moved to the role of Nerissa in Shakespeare's 'Merchant of Venice' for Theater Astorka. Followed production at the New Scene Theater of 'Richard III' playing Lady Ann.
