Virginia Hey

Australian former actress/high-fashion model Virginia Hey was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma DLBCL cancer in June 2022, which is cancer of the lymphatic system. It spread into her bones, causing the destruction of part of her tibia bone in her right leg. Miss Hey underwent six cycles of R-CHOP chemotherapy which was completed in December 2022.In November 2022, Virginia was told that the specialists found the CD5 chromosome marker, which indicates that her stage 4 cancer is even more aggressive and sneaky than they thought. This means that the cancer will most definitely come back within six to 15 months. Miss Hey will undergo powerful LACE chemotherapy, followed by a stem cell transplant in early 2023 in London, where she resides. It will be using her own stem cells which the hospital is due to collect in January 2023.
