First got involved with acting when her mother, who believed Sarah to be shy, put her into musical theater.Hobbies include painting and photography.Took part in the Zeke Lerner Celebrity Bowl-A-Thon (an event benefitting the families of those suffering from spinal muscular atrophy) in 2004 and 2005.Was originally cast to play Camilla Whitman, the president's daughter in the original pilot for the David Alan Grier sitcom DAG (2000).
