Here, he was responsible for delivering a range of community theatre projects with marginalised and hard-to-reach groups. Wayne moved to television in 2012 and worked alongside Julia in the BBC Casting Department from 2014 to 2022.Julia is a member of the Casting Directors' Guild of UK & Ireland.
