Julia is one-half of casting partnership Crampsie Linge Casting, which she established with Wayne Linge in 2023.Julia and Wayne collaborated for nearly a decade in the Casting Department at the BBC where Julia was Head of Casting for over 20 years. During this time, Julia was responsible for Scripted Casting and Talent Management.Julia cast numerous drama series, single films and oversaw a team of twelve in the Casting department, all working on a variety of projects. Julia's knowledge of the industry is vast.
