A rep for the country singer and her daughter didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Kelley — who is the daughter of Judd and her first husband, Arch Kelley III — has had her fair share of legal trouble, having been arrested in April for exposing herself on a busy highway in Alabama.
Cops were called after Grace allegedly showed her breasts and lower body, local station WSMV 4 reported at the time. She then refused to cooperate with authorities when they arrived on the scene, so they booked her into the Elmore County jail.
Grace was holding a sign that read “Ride for a Ride” while exposed, Millbrook Police Chief P.K. Johnson said.
Her face appeared swollen and bruised in her mugshot, though it was not clear how she sustained the injuries.
Days later, Grace was formally charged with soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.
Her long history of crime, however, began in 2015 with drug-related charges.
Grace was sentenced to eight years in prison in 2018 for violating her probation. She was released in early 2019 but ended up behind bars once again in 2021 for another probation violation.
She spent the next few years in and out of prison and welcomed a daughter, Kaliyah Chanel, in 2022. Judd, 60, raises the baby girl.
