Lindsay Hubbard thinks it’s time for the Toms to go their separate ways.
The “Summer House” star urged Tom Schwartz to “cut ties” with Tom Sandoval as business partners amid continued backlash over the latter’s shocking affair with Raquel Leviss.
“It’s probably better to cut ties, separate and go back to friendship, if that’s what matters to you,” she told told The U.S. Sun on Friday.
However, she noted that it doesn’t seem like friendship “really matters” to the “Vanderpump Rules” star given the fact he cheated on Ariana Madix — whom he dated for nearly a decade — with her then-BFF.
In fact, an unidentified employee of Schwartz & Sandy’s claimed to the outlet that Sandoval is allegedly “being pushed out” of the Los Angeles restaurant — which fans boycotted amid news the affair.
“If Sandoval is affecting the income that is coming in for Schwartz and their other partners, then that’s a problem,” Hubbard added.
She went on to compare the pair’s friendship — and fallout — to that of her fiancé Carl Radke and his former friend and business partner, Kyle Cooke.
Cooke started Loverboy — a hard seltzer and tea brand — with Radke over three years ago alongside Amanda Batula.
Yet, in February, Radke announced he was leaving the company because their dynamic became too “complicated” — which Hubbard says may have saved their friendship.
“It’s been seven months since he left Loverboy and I think slowly but surely they have been getting back to that friendship that they used to have,” she explained. “It takes time, of course, but I think it’s a healthier relationship for them to have.”
She continued, “I think Sandoval and Schwartz could potentially get back there too. Listen, there’s something about money… it kind of ruins the friendship. It really does.”
And it appears Schwartz may have taken Hubbard’s advice. The “VPR” star recently admitted that he was “taking a break” from Sandoval on an episode of “When Reality Hits with Jax and Brittany.”
“He made a big mess and he left it for us to clean up,” Schwartz said. “It’s hard for me not to be resentful of him … I’m taking a break from Tom right now.”
However, now that the pair are back filming together, they have been photographed looking a bit on edge numerous different occasions.
Earlier this week, they were spotted looking tense while shopping together in LA — just weeks after getting into a heated conversation about their restaurant co-owner, Greg Morris.
In a video secretly recorded by Instagram user Channing Glenn, the best friends supposedly started “fighting about their bar” while grabbing drinks at a sports bar.
In the short clip, Sandoval — who was noticeably worked up — was heard saying something about Morris “stubbing his toe” and “ruining everything.”
Meanwhile, it’s still unclear if Leviss will be returning to to “VPR” following her months-long stint in a mental health facility.
A source exclusively told Pvnew last week that the former beauty pageant queen has been “playing hardball” with Bravo execs over her salary for Season 11.
“She wants to get as much money as she possibly can,” the insider told us, noting that she only plans to return for “the right price.”
However, they say that Leviss is “genuinely concerned for her well-being” given how she was treated during the explosive Season 10 reunion.
